wElcome home.
Whether you've been in church your whole life or never stepped through the doors, there's a seat saved for you.
Who we are
A small church
with deep roots.
Stuart Church of Living Water is an independent congregation in the Methodist tradition, meeting in a historic brick chapel in Stuart, Virginia.
We're a small church — more like a family. Everyone knows each other, looks out for each other, and shows up when it matters. We may not be the most tech-savvy, but we love big and we mean it.
Pastor Thomas Shepherd has led our congregation for years, preaching from the Bible Sunday after Sunday, in a town he knows and loves.
Our purpose.
We believe the purpose of this church is to make disciples of Jesus Christ who go into the world to tell others about Christ.
We believe in the unchanging eternal Word of God as written in the Old and New Testaments of the Holy Bible.
