Teens
Every Sunday, teens from all over Patrick County meet at Stagecoach Coffee — kids from our church, kids from other churches, and kids from no church at all.
No judgment. No pressure. Just good coffee, real conversation, and the Word of God.
A coffee shop, not a classroom.
We meet where teens actually want to be — around tables at Stagecoach Coffee, not in rows in a fellowship hall. It's relaxed, it's theirs, and it's a place where they can be honest.
Teens from other churches come. So do teens who've never set foot in one. That mix is the whole point: this is a community-wide Bible study, not a church club.
No judgment. Just teens, coffee, and honest questions about God.
Over the course of a year, the group works through six to eight Bible studies together. But it isn't just reading — they dig into what Scripture actually means for a teenager right now. The stuff they're really dealing with, this week.

Faith with its sleeves rolled up.
When school lets out, the group turns outward. Project GO is a community-wide summer missions effort where our teens serve Stuart and the rest of Patrick County — painting, building, baking, raising money, showing up. It's where a lot of them find their faith gets real.
THEY PRAY TOGETHER
For each other, and for people they've never met. They've given out personalized prayer messages throughout neighborhoods in Stuart, and prayed with shoppers at Walmart. Right where they are, bringing the Lord to others.
THEY GLORIFY GOD IN PCVA
Beautifying the places we all share — painting stepping stones for DeHart Park, and pitching in wherever the county needs a hand. Good work, done in the open, that glorifies God right out loud.
THEY SHOW UP FOR OTHERS
All summer long, the group takes on whatever projects come up — volunteering at VBS with our younger kids, or the pool party at DeHart Park they threw to raise money for the county's blessing boxes. Hands-on help for whoever needs it, wherever it's needed.
They come home from a summer of it closer to each other, and closer to the Lord.

Lead by folks who knows these kids.
Our teen group is led by Amy Corns, a teacher at Patrick County High School. For a lot of the teens who come, that means the person inviting them isn't a stranger — it's someone they already see every week.
She's the one to reach out to with any questions about joining.
Any teen is welcome.
Really.
You don't have to be a member here. You don't have to go to church at all.
If you're in grade 8 or up, there's a chair at the table and a cup of coffee with your name on it.

Reach out anytime — we'd love to hear from you. Email Amy or call our office below.
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?" And I said, "Here am I. Send me!"
